I Started Folding yesterday evening and evrything went quite fine.

But atm, after i woke up and checked in, i came across the issue that the Web control page is not working for me anymore.
It does not conect to my Folding software, as far as i can see, and does refresh the page automaticly evry second in such a
way that i can not do ore see anything. Which is kinda anoying, but not troubling because it is atleast still folding.

Any ideas what the issue might cause?

I have the same issues. You have to delete the cache of the site then it will work again for some time.

The F@H Web Control does this to me in Chrome as well.

I ended up just using the Edge browser since it doesn't have the refresh issue. Just copy & paste the link into Edge or another browser as a workaround.

The FAQ has some workarounds for Chrome - viewtopic.php?f=24&t=32463. There if you prefer to use that browser.
