How do you log in?

How do you log in?

You go to protein view and wont let you login. Your a blank.

Im logged in but not recognised by the software

Yes, the protein 3D visualization is broken, it only shows the demo protein.

You have provided very little information to go on. Are you trying to use the Web Control, the advanced control FAHControl, or the FAHViewer? There is a FAQ that was started - viewtopic.php?f=24&t=32463 - you might find some answers there. Or post with a bit more detail on what you are trying to do, and what is not working and we will do our best to help.
