Hi,
i started today and i can´t get a passkey. i tried 2 differend email adress and i never get a passkey. One Adress i tried 2 Times. Can somebody help me?

The passkey system (and other parts of F@H) are overloaded with the enormous response to several social media references. The team are working on adding additional resources, please be patient. Just consider what it's like for the researchers who are generating many times more work than a week ago.

I can see that the stats site is finally back online reliably, however we have a relatively new team that we haven't seen any updates on the stats site since 2020-03-19 21:55:29.

I myself have submitted many WU's since then, but theres no updates in the last couple of days.

Is this a general issue, or is there an issue with our new team?

I'm seeing similar dates on my stats.

I believe the stats system is being moved to the cloud but I don't know what stage that process has reached.

I think patience is in order while the move is sorted out ... I'm sure everything will be okay once the job is done. I know that my points are safe because I'm listed on a 3rd party stats site called EOC and my stats there are up-to-date. Unforunately they only track the top so many teams/users so you and your team won't be on it.

Check the official stats again in a day or two.

Yeah i use EOC for my other teams, but they only list the top 6000 teams.

Our new team was 6270 on the 19th, so my hope is we'll soon be above 6000 and make it onto EOC which would make it easier!

They recently updated their listing to include the top 12,000 teams. Do note, your individual stats will start showing up in EOC once you team is in the top 800.
