No donor information

I’ve been folding for a little bit but I recently found out about the pass key and I wanted to use one. I decided I wanted to change my username and use this new username with the pass key instead of the old one. Since doing this I am unable to see my new username in my team and whenever I view the donor info for the new username it says that it’s not found.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

You have to upload a workunit with the new name and passkey. Then it will also take a little bit of time to show up, I think one day for the system to update.

Ah ok, ive uploaded a fair few workloads already. guess it hasn't updated yet mby.

With the new username, or just under the old. Once turned in the username and team attached to the record does not change.
If you have turned in with the new name, there is a backlog of stats entries, they should show up eventually.
