Failed to get ID

Hello,
I'm new to F@H and after some troubles, I got it running on my GPU, theoretically.
It's not just that I get no WUs, it seems, I'm not even been blessed with an ID to get WUs.
I already have set up a client on my small home server running Ubuntu, this one gets WUs, from time to time. So I don't think, it's a general network problem on my side.

How do you connect to the Internet ? Are you behind a firewall, proxy or some security software like this ?

Its VDSL by german Telekom -> Router Fritz!Box7560 -> LAN -> PC
The Windows Firewall asked for permission for this app and I allowed it for both private and public networks.
Do I need to forward incoming traffic?

Hi there.
In the meantime, I've set up an older AMD Kabini A4-5000 with a Ubuntu Linux on an USB flash drive, it's up and running (//edit2: Got the APU drivers running), but it's got the same problem: HTTP_NOT_FOUND and Could not get assignment ID
All machines are on the same network switch, are behind the same router and therefore using the same internet connection. Two machines running Ubunutu (one Ubuntu Server 18.0.3 LTS wich is getting WUs and is currently folding) one is a Windows 10 x64 Professional.
I just don't get, why one works and the other two have such difficulties. I can access both the Linux Worker with Advanced Control from my Windows 10 machine, too, no problem.

OK now, I've let all machines running the last 2 days, only the first one I've set up is working and also gets new assignments, while the other two machines don't get an ID, it's ridiculous. I'm done with reading "Could not get assignment ID", please fix this!

Can you reach the servers? Have you tried ping/traceroute to one of the IPs in your initially posted log file, to see how far you get?

Hello, had the same problem working with a different Fritz-Router. The problem, as far as I consider myself knowing it, is that the Fritz-Box-Routers by default won't let you connect to a IP Adress Without a previous DNS Request since I am using Linux, I simply added a ping to all Folding servers (Letter address version) in the start script....
I am planing to further expand the start script to have it automatically ping again when a HTTPS 1001 Error appears

I also thought of something similar like you did, but I wasn't able to get my phone tethering to work, but I'll try again today.

OK, now I'm confused: I also didn't get a connection via tethering over my tablet, but @tim was still right about the filter settings in my Fritz!Box. When I set my main PC and the Kabini board to "unlimited/unrestricted" access, it worked. There was a small sentence below the blacklist option in the filter profile, that said exactly what @tim told above: Direct connections to IPs would be blocked.
I found out, that indeed it was my Router blocking the request, when I used a packet sniffer to see, what is being transmitted. And in the answer from the "server" (in that case my Fritz!Box) contained german text, which brought me back to Tims answer, that my router would block IPs.
So confusing, that ping, tracert and even pathping would come through easily, while http is blocked. Thanks again @tim

just as an explanation ping, tracert and so on go through because you used the URL instead of the IP directly and therefore your computer sends a DNS Request to the Fritz!Box and the Fritz!Box won't block the connection if there was a DNS request before you try to connect (directly) to the IP address...
