Donate FAH points to a group

Post by Cyberman112 »

I've been running FAH for about 2 days now, and my honor society is handing out service hours to people who join the school FAH group. Is there a way for me to donate the points I earned solo to the group?

Points are never "transferred" so I suppose your honor society simply wants you to configure your client with TEAM=xxxx. You can only be on one team, but you can change your allegiance at any time for future points, leaving the old points with the old team.

You can fold for any name on any team. Once folded, those points are forever on that name and that team, they never change.

About this time In previous years we've sometimes had questions about whether you can get a tax deduction for your donations to FAH. I never though to suggest that the computer could if it was filing a separate tax return.

I've got my eight computers under their own names but with my passkey. Works pretty well. This way I can tell just from the stats if a machine is having an issue or if it's kicking butt! Internal competitions within ones own computer cluster are fun (like can my linux box with dual 980 Tis take down my Windows box with its 1080 Ti? More often than not, it does
