I have recieved a passkey this afternoon, and my points had gone after entered a passkey. My previous points were 27000 -ish, and now I only have 370 points.
I also use the same username (noobrock123) before and after entered a passkey.
Is this suppose to happen after I registered the passkey?

Yes, I think that is normal. The points system regards user without passkey and user with passkey as two different accounts.

Or normal for the display in Web Control. That uses bothe the username and passkey to look up stats. A direct lookup of just the username on the F@h stats site will show points for all users of that name. It it is unique enough, that will be just one user, if it is common like 'smith', then you may see many different users all separated by team name.
