The sheer amount of donor power that has come on line very rapidly has overloaded everything. The research teams are scrambling to spin up new servers but it takes time.

But some donors doesn't seem to have any problems at all on getting new WUs.

Its entirely down to who is connecting to the servers at the right second, my rigs have been empty for and sitting idle for most of the last 24hours. There is no favoritism

I, too, have two WU's ready to upload, and my machine is waiting also for two more WU's to download. I'll leave it running through the night, maybe I'll get something.
Also, a big FU to the Wuhan Virus.

Note that "anonymous" is not *A* user, it's the default setting for the client if you don't put your own username in.
That's probably HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of users right now.

Can someone whos maintaining the infrastructure please fix it?
Absolutly not usable at the moment and please dont come with the excuse 'everything is green, just take some time..'.
Theres shit hitting the fan, its broken.

It's also extremely unimportant; I definitely hope it's at the bottom of their list of things to fix, especially as you can simply use the EOC stats page (second stats link in forum header).

It is on their list, last message heard from the site maintainer was that it was on the list to be worked on.
EOC is a partial fix, the person who maintains it only tracks the one or two thousand most active teams. New users to those teams may take a few days to show up.

All hands are busy trying to get enough server capacity and enough WUs to give folks WUs to fold. Everything (including the DB, itself) is highly stressed with about 8x as many people trying to help as we had two weeks ago.
Those apps can wait until this crisis is over. Use EOC for now.

EOC only tracks the top 1000 or so teams, its not perfect but its run by a private individual who has to pay for the server hardware and hosting. Every other site that has offered a full stats service has disappeared, probably due to the time it takes to manage the server and the costs.
