You have 8 CPUs but are only trying to use 4. Often this happens when you have set your priority to Light. One of the side effects of Light is that it never trys to fold on the GPU.

Your GPU is a GTX 960M. This implys you have a laptop, so you may be unable to get the heat out of it when folding. Many Laptops use a technology called Optimus which swaps between the Nvida 'card' and an Intel 'card' You need to disable the Intel GPU which some find in the Nvidia control panel under 3D settings.

Your GTX 960M does have all the hardware you need to fold, it supports OpenCL 1.2 and does Double Precision math.

You can watch your temperature with a utility called Speccy, among others.
