From searching I see other people getting these in the past, but not sure if it is something with my system or not.

Your GPU slot is hitting unstable server issue, which is still "normal", and you are not the only one.
Your CPU slot though is hitting 3 different issues:
Server overload
Unstable work unit, which has been rectified already
Unstable hardware (still trying to verify)
Is you CPU overclocked by any chance? Folding@Home can tax modern hardware to its limit, beyond what other programs can do, so even if you thought your PC is stable, F@H will bring out any instability out.

From last few lines in your log, I see CPU is finally folding

"No WUs available for this configuration" indicates that the server is stable, but F@h's userbase has expanded 10x in the past two weeks and workunits are being exhausted faster than they can be regenerated. The research times are spinning up new servers and getting more projects into the queue. Keep everything on and it should pick up workunits when they are available.
