Option 'gpu-index' has no default and is not set

After I installed F@H successfully on my iMac, I changed from CPU to GPU on the Configure dialog, but now I'm getting the error "Option 'gpu-index' has no default and is not set. item should be a GtkTreeIter"

Opening the Configure dialog now only shows the connection tab, so there's no way to revert my change.

Uninstall, reboot, re-install did not solve the problem.

Is there a manual way to undo my change?

Welcome to the folding support forum.

First, GPU folding is not supported on OS X, so don't try to set up a GPU slot after getting this fixed.

Uninstall the client using the Uninstaller provided in the folder for the client software that is installed in Applications. Then remove the config.xml file from /Library/Application Support/FAHClient folder. Reinstalling will set up a new config.xml file as part of your setup.

(Just a note: if you are dual booting to either Windows or Linux, you CAN use a recent Nvidia or AMD graphics card with those OS's.)

Thanks Joe, that fixed it!

I'm happily folding again.
