Your image link did not work, I have deleted it. Better than an image for troubleshooting a client problem is to post relevant sections of your log. Directions on how to do so are posted in the Welcome topic. The first couple of hundred lines which show system and client configuration information plus a section showing the errors you are seeing is sufficient.
