When Vijay Pande was running FAH, several different schools collaborated with each other and most likely still do. I have no recent knowledge, but that seemed to work well, and Dr Pande, himself, had faculty responsibilities with more than one of the schools, including the Stanford School of Medicine. As to whether anybody doing research using the tools of FAH is planning on a study specific antivirals mentioned in your article ... I have seen no announcements.

There are a number of biological research tools, and FAH is only one of them.
