Im new to this. hello all. I am getting core download errors. i have uninstalled and reinstalled. and it works ok for one Work unit. now im waiting for core: large WU startup, i just get repeated core download errors. any help would be great. thx all

Welcome to the forum s3cur1tr0n. Please tell us what kind of machine you are folding on and what client you are using. Please also post part of your FAHlog.txt so we can see the same error messages you see. This extra info will help us diagnose the problems you're seeing.

Meanwhile, in your FAHlog.txt do you see the IP address of the server which is trying to download the new core to your machine? Try typing it into your browser, e.g. http://111.112.113.114 (but use the real IP address). If you have a good connection, your browser screen should return the one word "OK".

If you use NOD32, disable it temporarily.
