Is this normal Points Per Day?

I have a Ryzen 3 1200 and 1060 6gb, and yet extremely low PPD? What could be the cause
My CPU PPD is 65 and GPU is 1024. I am on full power and my GPU definitely gets full load temps while folding.

Welcome to the folding support forum.
The most common reason for a low PPD being reported is not using a passkey. Without a passkey you only get the base points awarded for the WU, the QRB is usually the bulk of points received. See the FAQ's for points -
https://folding.stanford.edu/support/faq/points/ and passkey -
https://folding.stanford.edu/support/fa ... s/passkey/.
Another reason for a low PPD being reported is that the client takes a few percent of completion before it will give an accurate estimate for PPD, ETA or total point s to be awarded. This especially applies if the client has not processed a WU from that project before.

To get accurate help for the details, we would need to see the configuration portion of your log, usually the first 100 lines.
The Quick Return Bonus can be as much as 90% of your PPD. To get the QRB, you need to enter a Passcode into your client and complete 10 Work Units.
You must maintain 80% successful completion of WUs to keep getting the QRB.
I have no familiarity with Ryzen of any flavor, but with a passcode and good completion rates, I would expect about 300,000 PPD from a GTX 1060. more or less.
A Ryzen CPU may get considerably higher PPD on a7 cores than on a4 cores. That is just the luck of the draw.

Ok, my gpu utilization is like 8% but my temps are high from the calculations. What gives?

Alright, my 1060 is at 321,000 PPD, but my CPU is still at 65.

I am not sure the GPU ever runs when set to Light. I confess I set all my boxes to Full.
If you suffer from lag, some one can advise you on how to set the GPU slot to on idle, which only runs when a screensaver would.

Update: I only get 3100 PPD on my R3 1200. Is this normal?

That seems about right, I was going to predict between 1500 and 5000 for 3 threads of CPU. Is that an a4 or an a7?

Core 21 is the GPU. The CPU should be either a4 or a7, I think.
