GPU fail Folding

I got a new MSI Radeon RX 570 on my rig. I was folding OK and all of the suddenly it's stop folding. The report says " one or more folding slots failed". Any idea of what could be happening? I try advance control but I'm not to good using it. Only folding with the CPU.

Well you told us nothing about your computer, so I am going to guess wildly.
If, perhaps, you are running Windows 10, Microsoft may have automatically updated your PC with an incompatible driver. If you reinstall the latest driver from AMD's website, does it get better?
If not, post the first 100 lines from your log, so someone can make a better guess than me.

There were some WUs on my experience that fail to further processing on AMD GCN GPUs if any OC was done. Including factory one. I'm talking mostly about Asus R9 290X DC2OC
Other group of WUs used to be good even if 15 or more percent GPU frequency increase

I updated the GPU driver and it work OK. Using Windows 10 on a FX 8350 system. Thanks a lot.

Jep, 3 days ago Windows 10 Creators Update installed the Driver 17.4.4 automatically, but a incomplete one.
As you figured out, you have to manually install the latest one to continue folding.

Microsoft has a habit of installing incomplete video drivers (on either AMD or NVidia) which demonstrates that they're convinced that the purpose of a GPU is to send data to your display -- not to provide additional computational capabilities beyond those contained in your CPU. They break GPU folding every time.
