A way to throttle uploads (so that they don't eat 100% of up speed)?
List headers that are sortable?
An option that completely does away with the web control?

As I understand what you are asking, you want to ask in the Reddit to the developers, this site is for operational assistance, but you seem to want more coding, which we can't provide.

The most we can help with directly is the last. If you edit the Windows shortcut for FAHClient you can remove the part that opens the web control.
