Completed work units and points not being posted

After a Win 10 update on or about Sept 27, 2016 I started running into internet issues. On Oct 8 I did a Win 10 restore and had to reinstall all non-microsoft software. After reinstalling fah, entering passkey everything seemed to be working good. Today I discover that my work units completed and points aren't being updated on my stats page or my team page. Any idea what went south and how to fix? I'm doing between 400k and 600k ppd and would like to get credit.
