How to optimize folding at home for my setup

I am running an intel 4820k and a gtx 780. How do i set the cores correctly to optimize folding. I had to reinstall folding and forgot how the setup was optomized. I have been getting 100kppd but i used to get over 200k ppd.

Please post the information mentioned below.
The default settings are reasonably close to optimum so something doesn't quite make sense. Did you set the same user name and the same passkey? Did you let each WI run long enough to stabilize on a rate of production? Is your CPU project still the initial assignment?

yes i set the same user name and paskey. I think i have let it stabilize i have been running it for a week like this. and no my cpu is not still on the initial assignment

Specially the upper part with all the system information and config details.
Plus I do what nV driver version you have installed.
