Greetings!

As others have mentioned in earlier posts, I, too, cannot perform any administration on my team as the password reset procedure doesn't work for me; I setup the team over a year ago...

All I need to do is change the team name to match our new department name and modify URLs, etc.

I can supply any very and all information about the team (emails, names, machines, locations, etc).

I tried to change team name (ZlukaRUS), but forgot my password and can't recover it...

Hi Velvet: I've reset your password and you should have received an automated email with your new password at the address associated with your team. Please PM me if this email is not received or if you have further trouble with that new password.

Same problem here... I have created the team yesterday and today I want to change the logo ... the pass dont match... I use the lost password tool but it give just a 'reminder' and not the full password... so I have tried all passwords I remember starting with the 'reminder' but any works... can you help me please?

Same here, unable to change team information I've established today. Please send me password reset link, account e-mail same as forum e-mail.
