Automatic folding while I am at college

Hi,
I am leaving my computer at home and going to college, but when I'm gone, I want it to run folding at home. The only problem is that my computer is very noisy and my parents don't want in running 24/7. I also don't want to wear out the hardware by putting it under a full load all the time. It is also liquid cooled so when the computer is on, so are the 6 noisy fans attached to the radiator as well as the pump
So here comes the big question:
Is there any way to automatically turn on my computer and start folding at a specific time, say 1AM, then at another time, say 7AM, automatically pause folding and turn off my computer (to silence the fans and pump)?
If that is way too complicated, is there any way to automatically shut down after each work unit (to give the hardware a break), then after some amount of time start back up and fold?
If there is no way to do this, I'm not sure if I can donate (which I really want to do), as my parents are not tech savvy enough to do all of the above manually.
Thanks so much for any replies

CPU: Intel i5-4690k @3.5GHz
