Sounds like a Maxwell Gen 2 version of the Gen 1 750 Ti, for a few more dollars, with a few more cores, using a few more watts, and a 6 pin connector.

Definitely a good option.

Nope, in my opinion, the best bang for bucks for FAH is still the GTX 970 ...

People with extra money can go for GTX 980, and those with limited budget should go for GTX 960. In my opinion, anything above is too expensive, and below is too slow. It might sound a bit elitist, but it's just my opinion, other models can still be interesting as long as they match with one's budget.
