I set up a CounterWallet so I could receive FDCARD as well as FLDC.
So far I have only received FLDC in my wallet.
My username seems to be set up properly.

What might be causing this problem?

We support FAH which researches various diseases and generates points. Other sites which use our points to award virtual currency are independent and set their own policies -- and have to provide their own support.
