Checking my logs, Assignment Servers 171.67.108.200:80 and 171.67.108.204:80 are used to select Work Server 140.163.4.233 and 171.67.108.52, both of which are reporting to the Assignment Server they are empty. Three slots are stalled, and in 15 minutes, four more will stall since they rely on these Work Servers. Please fill 'r up.

Same here on the Assignment Servers, PS3, until about 30 minutes ago when it got back to normal, at least here. Hope it's better there now as well. We must be going too fast or something.

140.163.4.233 is indeed low on WUs to give out.
171.67.108.52 is having some kind of troubles.
I'll try to notify the right people, but it's late enough in those timezones that many folks have gone home for the night.
If there are other servers that have projects that your system can accept, the Assignment Server sometimes take a short time to re-poll and find lower priority projects that can be assigned.
Re-filling an empty server takes a clear head as well as quite a bit of work, both manually and by the server, itself.
