I have an old PC with an always-on internet connection running at 3.5mbps. What's the minimum config I need? Old PC config is:

• OS: Windows XP Media Edition (dxdiag reports XP Pro 5.1 build 2600)
• Computer: Gateway GT5056 http://support.gateway.com/s/PC/R/10088 ... 5sp3.shtml (it appears this webpage is gone now)
• Video: nVidia Geforce 6100 (uses 256mb shared memory)
  Driver: nv4_disp.dll 6.14.0010.8133 (9/18/2005 12:32:00)
  DDI v9 (or higher)
  Mini VDD: nv4_mini.sys
• CPU: AMD Athlon 64x2 dual core 2800+,MMX,3dNow
• Ram: 1GB (400mhz (PC3200) DDR memory) 184 pin
• Monitor: Acer AL1716 LCD monitor
• DirectX 9.0c
• Bios: Phoenix Award Workstation BIOS v6.00PG
• DVD drive: double layer DVD+/-RW drive
• Router: Netgear WNR1000 wireless

I already have a FAH account and it's running on Win 7 on a newer PC.

• Should I run an older version of FAH on this older PC?

That PC will run 7.4.4 just fine.
The GPU will not run, so far as i know it would never have run any older version of F@H either.
the CPU should do about 400 Points Per Day.
