According to Ken Burns (during the "Conversation" video segment) one-third of this documentary will be devoted to research vectors and the various studies and trials currently underway. Even if nothing specifically concerning the relationship between cancer and protein [mis]folding is mentioned, (this is a program for non-scientists as well as more enlightened individuals), the program should be interesting. (I have noticed that Dr. Pande and his group have a great deal of interest in p53, the "tumor suppressor" protein, so there's a chance the role of proteins [in cancer] will be addressed in the documentary.)
