171.64.65.124 Time Wrong

The 90xx Work Units I am downloading from 171.64.65.124 the assigned time is about 12 minutes after it actually downloaded.
Definitely weird stuff. Looking closely at it now, it appears things are back up and running, but there was a blip this morning where nothing came in and things were wonky. Will closely monitor it to see if I can track down the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again.
