Changing a Team Name -- Unknown Founder

I am the only active member of my team and our organization has since changed names. I'm not sure who the originally created the team, but he is definitely inactive and likely gone from the organization. Is there a way for me to become the team owner so I can change the name, web link, etc.? Having the right name might encourage others to participate (which is always a plus).
