I started running FAH a couple of days ago & have completed 19 WUs for about 31000 points.
For the workunits that are currently running, the CPU estimate is about 32000 points per day, and the GPU estimate is 8873 ppd.

I have the web control power setting at Full. I manually pause the client when I'm actually using my PC, so it probably folds about 17 to 20 hours a day.

The CPU is a Xeon E5-1650, the graphics card is a Quadro K4000. When folding, CPU utilization is about 92% across all cores. GPU-z reports a GPU load of about 99%.

Is this folding performance typical for my setup? Why is the GPU estimate so low, and so much lower than the CPU point estimate?

I appreciate having the opportunity to contribute to FAH, and I'm not overly concerned about the points, but I am curious about other folders who get over 100K points per day with other graphics cards.

Initially, the projected PPD cannot be computed accurately. You have to give it time to process several percent of the WU before it can project reasonably accurate points.

I don't keep track of "normal performance" so somebody else will need to answer that question.

What I can give you is detailed data for three recent WUs which have been credited.
Your WU (P6393 R8 C4 G34) was added to the stats database on 2015-02-17 22:06:46 for 324.5 points of credit in 0.14 days. {A CPU WU completed for a bonus} --> 2% of deadline

Your WU (P9114 R15 C5 G34) was added to the stats database on 2015-02-18 10:05:02 for 4300 points of credit in 0.64 days. {A GPU WU earned baseline points only on a GPU WU. Probably the passkey was not qualified yet or you altered some ID setting after the WU was downloaded.} --> 6% of deadline.

I understand about the projected PPD needing to process the WU before projecting accurate points. The jobs I cited were at about 25% & 50%, IIRC.

I haven't altered any ID settings since installing the client.
