Today I have returned 2 WUs to server 171.64.65.84 and I think I did not get bonus points (only 4300 base points):
- Project 9104 run:28 clone:6 gen:16
- Project 9114 run:29 clone:8 gen:2

I'm folding 24/7 on one system with 3x GTX660 Ti's and another system with 2x GTX780 Ti's for more than a year, with a passkey and without problems receiving bonus points.
I did have similar WUs (from Project 9104-9114 serie) from server 171.64.65.92 / 93 today, without issues getting bonus points on these GPUs.
Both WUs did not have any issues during folding, here are my systems info and logs:

You are correct. Both WUs were credited for base-points only.

Recheck the spelling of your passkey. I show that you've used 7 different passkeys (perhaps, including blanks). Several are qualified. A couple are not.

Thanks for the quick reply, Bruce.

As far as I know I've only used 1 passkey (* see edit), and I've double checked my passkey. I'm folding on both systems for months without changing anything and I do get bonus points from all other projects from different servers. I found it odd that I did not get bonus points from this server.

Edit: I just remembered that a few years ago a few team members have folded for me, under my name, so that could be the reason why there are more passkeys.

Just for reference, I've returned WUs from this GPU before and after this WU and got bonus points for those WUs:
WU before: - Project:9201 run:720 clone:4 gen:107 - Final credit estimate, 32518.00 points (server 171.67.108.52)
WU after : - Project:9109 run:21 clone:3 gen:10 - Final credit estimate, 33012.00 points (server 171.64.65.92)

EDIT: I want to give an update.
I've returned an other P9112 WU from the same GPU (GTX780 Ti) and have received bonus point now:

I didn't change anything on my end, but it seems to be resolved now... Thank you.

I've had a few P9104, P9112 and P9114 WUs the past few days and did get bonus points.
But today I've returned 2x P9112 WUs to server 171.64.65.84 and I did get bonus points for the first WU, but probably did not get bonus points again for the second WU (only 4300 base points).

Both WUs are from the same folding system (3x GTX660 Ti's) and did not have any issues during folding:

You're right about the points....and I can't explain it. I'll try to find somebody who can.

Your WU (P9112 R15 C3 G34) was added to the stats database on 2015-01-19 13:04:32 for 24157.4 points of credit.
Your WU (P9112 R29 C5 G26) was added to the stats database on 2015-01-19 15:15:01 for 4300 points of credit.

We've sorted out why this happened and have prevented it from happening again. We'll work on re-crediting bonuses where necessary.
