Missing Credits ... GPU failures

In project 227222 Folding_Finns scores of two persons are not increasing although for the other person the amount of WU's is quite high and even increase. The other has WU's but no score. Is something wrong?

Welcome to the folding@home support forum M_Fin.
We cannot be of much help without seeing their logs but from the information I can see it looks like at least one person is trying to fold on their GPU and constantly failing which could explain the high number of WUs with no points. If you can get the people with problems to post their log as explained
here we can be of more help. Make sure the System Info and Config sections are included plus a portion of the log showing a download and folding attempt.
