Hi everybody I have been folding for sometime on my 2006 macbook but recently bought a new pc , installed FAH, entered my username and passkey and now I don't receive any ponus points. Do I need to redo another 10 wu's or did i have some incomplete wu's perhaps in playing around with configurations, idk. could someone please help?

Please note that if your passkey was qualified, it remains qualified unless you fall below the 80% success rate. Since this is a new installation, it could be possible that you made a typo while typing the passkey. Thus, you can double check it to ensure that you have entered it correctly. Also, if you copy the passkey, make sure to not include any extra characters. You can view some QRB (Quick Return Bonus) troubleshooting tips here (viewtopic.php?p=261090&f=24#p261090).

thank you! I'll check that thread. I am getting the base points so I would assume, correct me if I'm wrong I wouldn't get any points?

Once a WU has been credited, the points can't change. The amount of points credited to a WU is:
Total Credit = Base Points + Bonus Points

However, if you correct any mistakes, the next WU that gets downloaded after the mistake is rectified, it will get the bonus points also (assuming that you are qualified). Do note that if you are unsure about your completion percent, you can send a Private Message (PM) to any Administrator/Moderator with your F@H Username and Passkey and we can provide you with the completion rate.

Bonus points go missing if you mistype the passkey (as PantherX said) but you also must spell your username the same way.

thank you bruce and PantherX, entered a b instead of a 6 in the middle of my passkey. If only I had taken the time to find the email instead of copying it by hand from my Mac. 8]

I actually copied my passkey from the email to a text file that is accessible from a share. It makes it very convenient to access and then copy & paste.
