This is in Vista on the system in my sig, which has successfully completed three of these before and about 200 units across all projects. It is now happily processing a different p1487. Can anyone tell me what's happened?

Probably a bad unit. It has been returned for 0 points by several already. Apparently nobody, at least so far, has been able to even get far enough for a partial credit.
