.jpg on new account page isn't working

The new account page does not show the .jpg picture. It was impossible to create an account until I figured a work around and put in the captcha in its own window. I am using a windows 7 browser, I have heard windows 8 is difficult to use.

Excellent job figuring it out. That is the key, loading the link in a new tab or window. Sometimes people need to ask for help via the admin email account, but most of you seem to figure it out.
