Does Stanford license the FAH client and server software for general use? This could be useful for those of us wishing to do our own MD projects using local hardware, such as say all the desktops in a university chemistry department.

Yes, as the link above describes, our key components (OpenMM, MSM Builder) are all open source and freely available. You can see more at http://pande.stanford.edu/software
