Just wondering if anyone can give me hints or tricks to optimize this system for folding.

This is a dedicated FAH machine I brought back from the dead. LOL.

It probably doesn't have a pci-e slot, put if it does, put a GTX 650 Ti or better GPU in it.

Otherwise the default settings of V7 are probably the best you're going to do. The P4 is really approaching the end of it's useful life.

I presume by "dead" you meant that the capacitors were blown as in this report.

Thank you very much. Fortunatly it hasn't blown any capasitors. But, a drive failed on it and a power supply. I took parts from other "dead" pc's and gave it new life.

I'll look for a card for it!
