Re the Welcome To The F@H Support Forum topic- nice

I learnt one or two things I didn't know before, like the servers re-issue a WU after the preferred deadline has passed- I thought they waited until the final one.

One point I'm not clear on- the 8/10 for QRB. Is this

a) a "rolling" average, ie 8 out of the last 10 issued or

b) an "overall" average, eg if I've successfuly returned 100 WUs within time, have I got a "buffer" of 20 that can fail without losing QRB?

It is option b, the overall average. Do note that it only counts QRB WUs so the 100 WUs must be QRB ones. Non-QRB WUs will not be counted in this overall average. Moreover, if you want the stats, you can PM an Administrator/Moderator with your username and passkey and request that they provide you with the actual percentage.

To the best of my knowledge I've "lost" less than 5 out of 3.000+ WUs so I don't (yet) have any problem, but it's better to know when I should start worrying!
