Server not accepting results (got already 434)

I am running F@H on my laptop on an Intel Core i3, running on Windows 7, with a cable internet connection. The first couple work units were successful, however for the past 2 work units which have been completed within 3 days of being assigned, I get the following message in the log:

I want to know if there is something that is going wrong on my end here, as I want to contribute to these projects, and build a faster folding computer in the future. However I am frustrated if I spend all this computing time to which there is zero contribution from my end.

When I look at the database, I do not see a record of you submitting either of those WU's. I don't know what is going on.

As P5-133XL stated, nothing in the WU Database relates to the information that is present in your log. May I suggest that you finish all the WUs, uninstall F@H including the data folder and do a fresh installation again? Once done, please fold a single WU and post the details here. Hopefully, a fresh installation will fix any underlying issue.

According to the WU Database the last WU from your system was received on 2014-02-10 22:03:24 (PST).

Unfortunately, I don't know what exactly is causing the issue on your system. Without knowing the cause, we can't give you a specific solution. Hence a generic one.

One way to get this similar issue is if you have cloned system A while it was running F@H and then used that same clone on system B and continued folding, any WUs that system A finishes first before system B will be accepted while system B will be rejected as the WS sees both systems as identical. To combat this, you can use the Clone but uninstall and reinstall F@H including the data files to ensure that you get a unique ID so that both systems will be viewed as individuals and not as clones.

Just wanted to say thanks. Uninstalled and reinstalled and the F@H client is submitting work units effectively now. I guess sometimes the solution is just the in-your-face simple one. Just happy I can contribute to this worthwhile cause.
