Welcome to the forum, xtremeguy.

Looks like you won't be doing GPU folding on your laptop (Intel HD 4000 is unsupported), so setting up client v7 should be fairly self-explanatory. You'll be doing SMP folding on the CPU, and you can use the power slider to choose how much CPU power you want to donate. Remember to get a passkey in order to start earning QRB (Quick Return Bonus) points. IIRC, the installer will prompt for that anyway.

Do watch the temperatures for a while after you've started folding. Not all laptops have sufficient cooling for 24/7 folding, so they may start throttling in order to prevent overheating.

The V7 client is setup to take advantage of your system's resources automatically. You can adjust that manually later if you want.

Thanks.
