Problem resetting password for team founder (me)
Posted: Tue Nov 05, 2013 3:49 am
Hello all.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I shall inquire within. Apologies if I have misstepped. Long-time F@H user under multiple accounts but have never visited the forums.
I run team #224939. As the founder of this team, I wished to change the name today. I punched in all of my info which I had written down exactly as it was entered during foundation, to receive the
"Sorry - the password does not match our records
If you need a new password scroll down and press the 'Lost Password' button
Otherwise Try Again"
message.
It did not say my email was wrong, so I went to recover. I got to the Old Team Name/Old Founder Email/Username screen, and punched away the data -- the correct team name (confirmed) and the U: being my forum username here, and the email can be provided. It simply said "failed to reset the password".
I checked the email to make sure, and used the same one to sign up here, so it works, I'm assuming. It's a pretty speedy change I need to make, so I was wondering if anyone could help me?
Thanks.
