I currently have 2 active projects. ID00 is running and is about 93% done but ID02 is only 44% done and it WILL NOT RUN unless I set my folding power to FULL POWER. Why is this please?

See http://folding.stanford.edu/home/faq/fa ... ion/#ntoc3 and http://folding.stanford.edu/home/faq/fa ... ate/#ntoc5
In a nutshell, ID02 (the one for your GPU) is set to wait for your computer to be idle. The reason for this that the GPU work tends to cause lag, which can be noticeable and annoying. Hence, they now run when you aren't using the computer, but they can still run in the background as before with a simple adjustment to the slider.

That is the slot number not the project number.

It runs that way by design. The CPU shares well so the CPU client runs all the time. Often, the GPU does not share well, so the GPU only runs when the system is idle (at the current default power setting) or when the power slider is at full.

Can you share more details on your config ? What OS, CPU and/Or GPU, ...
Maybe share a copy of the Config.XML file or a screenshot (remove password/passkeys). That would help us to understand better.

Upfront please have a look here http://folding.stanford.edu/home/faq/fa ... ermediate/ which gives mor insights on settings of the client.

I would assume your second slot is a GPU/graphic card which would not contribute lots as long the system is not idle (or full power) and you use the system for something else (which prevent idle state).
But that's all wild guessing; please give us more details.

Ok, Jesse beats me ... (Need to learn type faster )
