GPU running 0.00% [HD7700 Series]

I have a problem that GPU is always showing 0.00% progress. I tried reinstalling FAH client and updated ATI driver.

Welcome to the folding@home support forum Hrosc.
Please supply the System Info and Config sections of your log as explained
here.
Also, you said you updated the ATI drivers. What version are you using?
How long did you wait before you decided it was stuck?

I'm using Catalyst version 13.9.
First it was stuck for few weeks. Then I updated drivers and reinstalled it and waited for few days.
Today I reinstalled it again and waited for few hours. The result is always 0.00.% at GPU progress.
CPU is working normally.

Please note that FahCore_16 will be discontinued very soon (
http://folding.stanford.edu/home/core16 ... d-of-life/).
Since you have an AMD HD 7000 Series GPU, this is what I would suggest you do:
1) Remove the GPU Slot (this is because the WU assigned to you currently might not work with the latest drivers installed) which will automatically delete the WU
2) Make sure that you have the latest WHQL Driver installed
3) When you add the GPU Slot, make sure that you open Advanced Control (AKA FAHControl) -> Configure -> Slots Tab -> GPU -> Under the Extra slot Options, enter the following:
Name: client-type
Value: advanced
This will allow you to get FahCore_17 WUs which are better suited for HD7000 Series GPU.

GPU working at 99%.
Only problem is that CPU has fallen to 75-80% and is no longer at 100%. Is this OK?

Yes it is ok. Because you have an AMD GPU the CPU slot is using 3 of your four cores because core 16 required a full cpu core to process work. With core 17 that need is less but it still does require some cpu.
If you don't already have a
passkey you might want to get one since core 17 projects and your CPU(SMP) projects use the
Quick
Return
Bonus system. After you qualify it by successfully completing 10 work units and maintain an 80% success rate your points should increase significantly.
The estimates in FAHControl assume you are using a passkey but without using a qualified one you will only receive the base credit.
