Ok first of all this WU is not complete yet, but as you can see from the image below there is a molecule that is sitting in the bottom not doing anything, i just happened to notice it in the viewer, should that little guy be of any concern?

There have been some recent discussions about problems with the viewer. There are some good reasons to believe that the analysis is working correctly but the Viewer is not displaying it correctly. Jesse_v has been working on an improved viewer but so have several other people and there are some real challenges to be worked out.

The protein is supposed to be in one piece. The problem revolves around the fact that the cores deal with the protein using some really technical mathematics, and FAHClient/FAHViewer doesn't do a perfect job at converting it into real 3D coordinates. The problem is complicated by the fact that the protein doesn't seem to split the same way or in ways that would be easy to fix, at least that's what it seems like to me so far. Like Bruce said, it's challenging to fix but this is a viewer bug and it will be fixed.
