Move the Folding Power slider to the right. The further you go right, the more your laptop will be utilized. Since its a laptop, you may want to watch the temps of your hardware. (I prefer using Speccy for this.) Better safe then sorry.

As Jesse suggests, managing power and heat on a laptop may be something you can ignore but it's good to think about it anyway. If you have a recent laptop, you'll have four choices: Fold with both a GPU and the CPUs, fold with either one, or suspend folding. Both generates the most heat and obviously Neither doesn't. In most cases, GPU only generates more heat than CPU(s) only. The thermal design (fans, vents, etc.) of the laptop is supposed to be sufficient to handle the Both case, even in very hot weather but it may not.
Folding on the GPU may introduce an unpleasant lag so by default, GPU folding starts only when the machine is idle. A good place to start is to fold continuously on your CPUs and then move up or down from there.

Ok thanks.

Yup I also use speccy to monitor my laptop's temp. Will take note to keep my lappy cool.
