Passkey ineffective

I've tried using my passkey to differentiate my folding from that of an inactive user, and contribute my points to my team, but this seems to have Norma worked. Please help.

Please post the beginning of your log including the system information and the configuration settings. We can take a look and see if a problem there can be spotted.

As for points, they are reported first by username and then team. The passkey would allow you to distinguish which points you contributed individually on the official stats site, but at this time that is not usable for team reports if the username is the same.

Ah. I'll post when I'm home from work. That said, it it possible to change my username and keep my points and progress?

Unfortunately, no. I think you'd also need to qualify a new passkey for a new username.

Points always stay with the original team, username, and passkey they were folded with. That being said, you can search the individual stats for a username and get all the teams that that username has folded with and the subtotals for each team and totals all teams, or if you search for a passkey you get everything that has used that specific passkey.

Nope. You can use any name with your one passkey. NO new passkey needed. ONE passkey is the recommendation. However, each name will need to complete 10 QRB eligible work units to start getting the bonus.

I have looked into this a bit, your username with the passkey will qualify for the QRB once one more eligible WU is successfully returned. Your individual stats are being updated and credited to your team. However they are not showing up on the team statistics page. That appears to be a problem with the official team stats that has been reported for other teams since the server move Monday. Hopefully this will get cleared up soon.

The Pande Group is aware of the problem with the team stats. In the meantime, EOC seems to be updating although they're always a few hours behind.

As of now it looks like PG has fixed the team statistics. The official statistics site shows an update time of today and does list your contribution, http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/mai ... num=225053.
