proteins on/off screen

proteins on/off screen
Hi, still figuring this all out. The proteins on my FAHViewer keep flashing on then off the screen. What can I do to fix this?

Can you please post the initial section of the log file so that we can see the configuration of your system? Moreover, have you installed the latest drivers for your GPU?
