Along with the assignment problem on sunday, is it possible that stats and/or colloections had a problem ?

Sure, it's possible . . . maybe even likely. I don't know the details of what caused Sunday's problems but the recovery took most of the day and judging by today's reports there are still some things that need fixing.

I'm not seeing a lot of reports of missing credits, though, so nothing is certain.
