projects 7810/11 to ADV

We are moving new Core17 projects 7810 and 7811 to advanced. Here are the details:
Stats:
7810:
Points: 3075; timeout: 3.31 days; deadline: 4.26 days;
7811:
Points: 2060; timeout: 2.89 days; deadline: 3.71 days;
Project Description:
Protein aggregation (a phenomenon in which many protein molecules associate into dysfunctional clumps) lies at the heart of several neurological diseases (Alzheimer's, Huntington's, etc.) presently being investigated on Folding@Home. These two projects are geared toward gaining a fundamental understanding of the aggregation process by studying two conformations of the protein NTL9 that are potentially prone to aggregation. By running simulations designed to estimate the stabilities of two intriguing misfolded structures, we will be better able to evaluate the prevalence of such strange conformations on the protein folding landscape. Projects 7810 and 7811 each feature simulations of one of two similar misfolded, beta sheet-rich conformations of NTL9.
This project is being run by myself and Jeff Weber (jweber1). Let us know if there are any issues folding these WUs and whether the PPD you get here is comparable to other Core17 WUs.
