I have an error message when trying to run the program

It says OpenCll or something is missing from my laptop when i installed it and then reinstalled it 3 times how do i fix this?

Can you please describe the hardware, what CPU and GPU you have? Moreover, the operating system version and the driver version installed would be great. If possible, can you please post the log file (viewtopic.php?f=61&t=16206)?
