I get an error that the program can't start because I don't have Open.dll installed on the computer. It keeps popping up even after I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Help please

We're going to need a bit more information. Do you mean "OpenCL.dll" perhaps? What operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7)? Do you know what drivers you are running and what GPU you have? We'll need more information about your computer before we figure out what's going on here and help you resolve it.

Make sure you have all the latest Windows updates installed. This usually takes care of any startup errors. Same goes for using the latest video drivers, as Jesse said. Download them directly from the OEM, AMD or NV.
